עסקה בשירותי המדינה אחרי למעלה מארבעה עשורים כעובדת ברשות מקרקעי ישראל.
כיהנה כמנהלת מחלקת עסקאות בחבל עזה כאשר בין הפרויקטים הרבים שניהלה היו
הקמת אזור התעשיה ארז ,הקמת ישובים בפתחת רפיח יישובי חבל קטיף. וטיפול בשיקום פליטים .
המשרד במנהל מקרקעי ישראל מרחב עזה טיפל באוכלוסייה המקומית ובנכסי נפקדים.
לאחר פינוי עזה וכאשר הוקמה מנהלת הבדואים התמנתה לתפקיד מנהלת מחלקה חקלאית ברשות הבדואים באגף עסקאות.
כמו כן עסקה בניהול מוסדות החינוך ומוסדות ציבור בכל המגזר ובאזורי התעשיה שהוקמו בעיירות הבדואיות בנגב.
בעלת ניסיון רב בעבודה עם האוכלוסייה הבדואית בנגב הכוללת הקצאת קרקעות במגזר הן חקלאי והן העירוני לגופים שונים ,לרשויות מקומיות וכמובן לפרטיים.
ליוותה פרויקטים רבים ותרמה לעשייה וקידומם של הפרויקטים במגזר מבחינת העוסקים בבעלות על הקרקעות.
וכל הכרוך בניסיון של המשרד שבו עבדתי להתפשר על קרקעות של פרטיים לטובת האוכלוסייה הבדואית לטובת המדינה , רכישת קרקעות לצרכי ציבור (כדי שהמדינה תקצה את הקרקע
לכלל הציבור שאין בבעלותו קרקע פרטית).
אנדי שאער
עובדת סוציאלית ובוגרת תואר שני במנהל מדיניות ציבורי..
בוגרת ארגון שגרירי רוטשילד להצמחת מנהיגות ותכנית “מקום” של מעוז, להכשרת עתודה ניהולית לדרג הבכיר במרחב המקומי.
ניהלה את המחלקה לקשרי ממשל ורשויות באג’יק, האחראית על קידום מדיניות ובנייה ויצירת שותפויות מול משרדי ממשלה ורשויות, וריכזה את תכנית אתגרים
עסקה בעבר בניהול מסגרות לבתים חמים לצעירות בסיכון בעמותת יחדיו, הייתה פרילנסרית בתחום ייעוץ וליווי ארגונים במשבר והנחיית קבוצות עם אוכלוסיות שונות של בני נוער, מוגבלויות, נשים מוכות ועוד.
בעיניה ישנה חשיבות רבה לעבודה משותפת בין מגזרים שונים לצמצום פערים חברתיים וכלכליים בכלל החברות ובחברה הערבית בפרט וליצירת שינוי בר קיימא
Dr. Abu Abed
Dr. Abu Abed serves as a pediatrician and pediatric meta-oncologist at Soroka Hospital, an independent physician and director of emergency medicine at the “Ibn Sina” emergency medicine services in Rahat. He also provides pediatric hemato-oncology consulting for Clalit and Maccabi, and treats attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADH) in pediatric and child development clinics.
He is a member of the Israeli Pediatric Association, the Israeli Medical Association, and professional associations in Israel and abroad in the fields of pediatric hematology and oncology.
Adv. Saheban Sami
Attorney, holds a B.A. in Law and an M.A. in Middle East Politics. He served as a member of the Rahat City Council and as Deputy Mayor of Rahat, and teaches Civics at Ahad School for Excellence.
Eli Atzmon
Land and planning consultant specializing in the Bedouin sector. He has worked in this field since the 1970s, with extensive experience working with Bedouin local authorities, government ministries, and planning and development bodies. Over the years, he has guided planning and regulation processes in Negev settlements, based on a deep understanding of the social-tribal structure and the unique issues of land and settlement. Member of the Center’s Advisory Committee.
Mr. Fouad Alziadna
Director of the Rahat Community Center since 2015, leading extensive activities that impact tens of thousands of residents. He works to promote non-formal education, culture, youth leadership, shared society, and community development. Fouad holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Public Policy, and is a graduate of prestigious leadership programs such as Mandel and Ma’oz, alongside international training in management and conflict resolution at INSEAD University in France. Since the events of October 7th (7.10), he has led a joint community war room and significant initiatives to strengthen shared life and social cohesion. Fouad is recognized as a dedicated community leader, possessing a broad vision and deep influence on the Bedouin society and the entire region.
Ahmed Abu Ajaj
A public figure and veteran community activist from the town of Kseifeh, with extensive experience in municipal management, public policy, and social action.
He currently serves as Deputy and Acting Head of the Kseifeh Local Council and is responsible for the Education and Revenue Collection portfolios.
Over the years, he has held several key positions within the local authority, including Head of the Revenue Collection Department, Municipal Community Safety Manager, Coordinator of the Religious Affairs Department, and Council Member.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Public Policy from Sapir Academic College, along with numerous professional trainings in local government, management, and revenue collection.
He has been actively involved in public and community work for many years, serving in various leadership roles in parents’ committees, workers’ committees, and municipal forums. His work focuses on advancing education, strengthening community resilience, preventing violence, and promoting social and economic initiatives within the Bedouin society in the Negev.
